The teaser trailer for Death Stranding Isolations was revealed at Kojima Productions’ 10th Anniversary Exhibition Beyond the Strand. The series, set in the Death Stranding universe, will debut on Disney+ and Hulu in 2027.
The series follows a young girl who embraces isolation after the Death Stranding cataclysm. Director Takayuki Sano emphasized the spiritual impact of the story, stating his responsibility to honor Hideo Kojima’s vision.
E&H Production, known for works like Magic Knight Rayearth, is creating the hand-drawn animations. The series is part of three planned Death Stranding adaptations, including an animated movie and live-action film.
