In the final trailer for Dune: Part Three, Chani teams up with Robert Pattinson’s Scytale to confront Timothée Chalamet’s Paul Atreides. Scytale claims, “We found a way to neutralize the emperor and end this madness,” while Paul acknowledges he has become “the oppressor Chani had sworn to fight.”
The trailer also reveals Paul Atreides’ children with Chani, Ghanima and Leto, as the story explores his descent into tyranny. Denis Villeneuve described the film as a “sophisticated epilogue,” with Timothée Chalamet calling it a “standalone movie, in a sense.” Dune: Part Three opens in theaters on December 18, 2026.
