Refunds for ticket holders are available through points of purchase, with automatic refunds for those who bought through Ticketmaster. The storm cancellation adds to challenges for Sheeran’s Loop tour, which has faced protests and legal scrutiny, including a call from Massachusetts’ attorney general for Ticketmaster to process refund requests.
