The Pokémon Company confirmed Pokémon Unite will end service on March 23, 2027, at 00:00 UTC, following over five-and-a-half years since its 2021 launch. The shutdown applies to both Nintendo Switch and mobile versions, with final updates and a farewell event scheduled for November 12, 2026.
Aeos gem sales and new Unite Club memberships ceased on October 27, 2026, with existing purchases valid until the shutdown. A Library feature will allow players to view in-game items post-shutdown, though data generally cannot be transferred between devices. Competitive tournaments, including the Aeos Crown 2027 Tokyo event, will proceed before the closure.
