Quentin Tarantino revealed 17 minutes of 'The Further Mis-Adventures of Cliff Booth' during an AFI Fest screening, describing it as a project he wrote for David Fincher to direct. The footage, shown after a Q&A about his 2019 film 'Once Upon a Time in Hollywood,' included Brad Pitt reprising his role as Cliff Booth alongside new cast members like Yahya Abdul-Mateen II and Elizabeth Debicki.
Tarantino stated he 'I've got nothing to do but just invest in this mythology' of Cliff Booth, comparing the character to paperback heroes like Mack Bolan. He emphasized his dedication to the fictional Hollywood history from 'Once Upon a Time in Hollywood,' which has expanded through a novelization and this new project. The film will debut on Netflix on November 25.
